Honestly if you're lazy or want the support it might be nice to get the VPS cPanel license. It sets it up for you with full customization allowed. It also has spamassassin with RBL support in the interface. I think it's $17~ a month excluding VPS cost. You'll also get so many other features that can be disabled.
